CHOICE MARTIAL ARTS is not just a name but a statement, a true mixed martial arts academy featuring the best traditional martial arts, boxing, muay thai, submission grappling, brazilian jiu jitsu, wrestling and fitness training programs in our area.  Our new facility is a state of the art training center that not only features the only combat sport arena in our area, but also houses mutiple large matted training areas, with a full size ring and cage, as well as lockerooms and other modern ammendities.  Our academy prides itself on being truely unique from any other in our area.  Come see why our programs, instructors, and facility can't be matched. BLACK BELT ACADEMY

BLACK BELT ACADEMY was established as the sucessor to a former well know school, Mr. Josh Saper, chief instructor and owner was determined to make the academy a well known program in the area once again.   His vision was to develop a training program that would incorporate the benefits of a true mixed martial arts or a multiple discipline training style. In doing so he was able to train a more well-rounded martial artist that not only has multiple tools for defense but also multiple applications for what they have learned. Mr. Saper has over 20 years of Martial Arts training, and holds multiple rankings in different disiplines, as he grew Black Belt Academy he began offering other programs and eventaully it became what is now know as Choice Martial Arts.  However, Black Belt Academy remains a true mixed martial arts academy that develops its students into well rounded martial artist that uphold the true meaning of what it means to be a BLACK BELT.

IMPACT BOXING ACADEMY

IMPACT BOXING ACADEMY was the first boxing academy of its kind in our area.  The only facility to offer not only a functional boxing training center that includes all the equipment of a professional boxing gym, with full size ring, but also a complete boxing program designed to teach anyone the fundamentals of boxing while developing the conditioning and endurance to actually compete, if desired.  Impact Boxing Academy would grow quickly into a true USA Boxing gym that would not only produce future olympic boxers and host USA Boxing events, but also provided cross training in the sweet science to professional and amatuer athletes and local families in our area.  


TEAM CHOICE

It has been said that competion brings out the best of us.  Team Choice was formed as a small group of individuals training at Choice Martial Arts who looked to do just that.  These individuals not only brought out the best in each other, but were able to grow as strong competitors in there disipline(s).  We have helped develop both amatuer and professional fighters and athletes into stronger competitors than when they began their training.  Our fighters/competitors have competed in just about all facits of competition; mma, karate, boxing, kickboxing, muay thai, submission grappling, brazilian jiu jitsu, judo, san da or san shou, tae kwon do, and more.  We have also helped professional atheletes cross train for their sports thru our training regiments.  As our team grows we look to build future champions in their disciplines.  As sport or competitive martial arts grows, from the populartiy of MMA and the UFC, we will continue to provide exceptional training for those looking to compete or just push themselves to a competitive level.

TEAM CHOICE BRAZILIAN JIU JITSU

Is a direct affiliate of Maxercise Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, a Saulo Riberio Academy. Alone in the Philadelphia area, Maxercise has the honored distinction of building world champions from the ground up. We have many students that joined us with no prior experience with any other Brazilian Jiu Jitsu school who now own regional, national, and international titles. Those who choose not to compete can take pride in having helped build such a team, as it is the efforts and training of everyone that push us forward.  The very first Brazilian Jiu Jitsu school, Gracie Humaita, was started by Helio Gracie, in 1968 in Rio de Janeiro, and is still in practice today under the watchful eye of Helio's son, Royler. Maxercise is closely descended from Humaita through the great Saulo Ribeiro and Royler Gracie himself.
