I HAVE crackling in my knee ,and I HAVE see many doctors in algeria but they didn't convinced me,everyone has his opinion
should I practise martial art or not ,and if I did will she effect my knee down the road of my martial art practise

Comments : My name is nick sestito i was wondering if you had to be in a certain shape to join classes because i really need to get in shape and to be honest regular gyms are not for me i dont think ive always enjoyed boxing...if you could get back to me id appreciate it
